Ciarraí Essentials is my brand of natural remedies.  The name is the Gaelic spelling of my name Kerry and it links me to my Irish heritage and is a tribute to my late Dad to whom I owe that heritage.  I am inspired by the slow pace of rural Ireland.  My dream is to eventually settle in Ireland far away from my the hectic pace Jo’burg life where I work as an Environmental Scientist.  

My interest in the benefits of natural botanical products stems from my formal education in Botany as well as growing up in a family of horticulturists.  I am tired of being surrounded by mass-produced synthetically made goods and look for natural alternatives and traditional ways of doing things, often forgotten over the generations.  I believe in these natural remedies and I use them every day in my own life.  I hope you are inspired by what I do at Ciarraí.  There is nothing more satisfying than creating something that others love as much as I do.
